David LaChapelle
LaChapelle's images, both bizarre and gorgeous, have forged a singular style that is unique, original, perfectly unmistakable, and often imitated. He has photographed a diverse collection of the world's most influential cultural personalities. In 1995 he was recognized as "Photographer of the Year" by American Photo Magazine. In 1998 he won the "Alfred Eisenstandt Awards" for the "the most interesting photographic style".
