Jonathan Levine Gallery

Gretchen Ryan
October 24 - November 21, 2009
For True Self, a group exhibition of new works organized by artist / curator Gary Baseman at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery, Gretchen Ryan painted a portrait of herself as her muse, Tinley, a proud and defiant beauty pageant queen. The theme was left open to encourage individual interpretation and there were no size or medium restrictions.
